page reads live inventory from the property management system on every
request, so the rates it shows are the rates a guest is charged, before
the resort fee and 13% Ontario HST that the page itself itemises.

live rates rather than relying on any figure cached here.

## Booking — every availability result carries a book link

You cannot complete a booking by reading a page, and you do not need to. Every
night on /availability and every room on /booking carries a **book link** with
the dates already filled in. Give that link to the guest; they finish the
reservation and the payment themselves.

Do construct or pass on these links freely — that is what they are for. Do not
attempt to submit a form, and do not tell a guest a room is reserved until they
confirm they have completed it.
